We value your privacy. Any Subject Access Requests (SAR) can be made by emailing your request to GDPR@craftsmanltd.co.uk

We will to our best ability reply to you within 30 days of receiving your SAR. If we are holding any personal data that identifies you, we will have to authenticate you, before disclosing that data to you.

For GDPR data audit purposes we will have to retain the email that you will use during the correspondence in regards to your SAR.
